Welcome to the first blog post on my new website, JustinBelz.com! I’m Justin Belz, and I couldn’t be more excited to begin this journey of sharing my experiences and insights with you. As someone deeply passionate about outside sales, cold calling, business development, proactive sales cadence building, sales enablement, and account management, this blog is a platform to dive into these topics and much more.

For those unfamiliar with my background, I’m Justin Belz, and I have had the privilege of developing a diverse career in sales and management. My experience ranges from leading the Outside Sales Program at AMP/Volt Lighting, where I oversaw relationships with over 4,200 contractors and spearheaded innovative mentorship programs, to managing in-home sales with HomeFix Custom Remodeling. The journey hasn’t been without its challenges, but it’s those very challenges that have shaped me, Justin Belz, into the professional I am today.

One of my key beliefs is that the art of in-home sales—particularly the “one call close”—is one of the most difficult yet rewarding forms of sales. If you can master this, you can close any deal. Through this blog, I, Justin Belz, aim to explore these concepts in depth, offering tips, strategies, and lessons learned from the field to help others grow and succeed.

I also want to take a moment to acknowledge and thank Andy and Shannon from Red Leaf Websites for their incredible support in building this site and sharing their expertise in SEO. Their guidance has been instrumental in creating a website with a strong SEO presence, and I’m eager to continue learning from them as I, Justin Belz, develop this blog.

As this is just the beginning, I, Justin Belz, look forward to expanding on many topics that matter most to sales professionals and business developers. Future posts will delve into the nuances of cold calling, building effective sales cadences, and actionable tips for account management. I’ll also reflect on my experiences leading training programs, achieving record-setting sales goals, and staying ahead in the competitive world of sales.

Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to read this inaugural post. I, Justin Belz, am excited to embark on this blogging journey and invite you to join me. Stay tuned for more content, and don’t forget to share your thoughts and ideas. Let’s grow and succeed together.

Cheers,

Justin Belz
